ARCEE (Awareness raising campaign on energy efficiency for construction related stakeholders in Russia, Belarus, and the Ukraine)

The goal of the project is to increase the knowledge on energy efficiency and energy saving in the construction sector in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine and to train relevant stakeholders (architects, engineers…) about these issues. These activities shall ensure that the current state of the art in energy efficiency can be applied in practice – either in new buildings or during a renovation project. To support this capacity transfer, an internet-based learning platform shall be developed.
